September is here, kids are back in school and the days are getting shorter and cooler.
Its also time to start thinking about sending those stocker calves to the salesyard. With the historically high prices, you'll want to get the most money out of those calves. The Peterborough County Cattlemen with the Victoria Beef Farmers, are hosting 2 stocker sales this November. The certified sale will be held on November 5, 2025 and the regular stocker sales will be held on November 19, 2025. Both sales take place at the Kawartha Lakes Community Sales Barn, Woodville, On.
