Agricultural Innovation Award

The Peterborough Agricultural Roundtable is pleased to announce applications are now open for the 2023 Agricultural Innovation Award.

This annual Award will recognize local farmers who have displayed ingenuity in trying something innovative and successfully achieving positive results on-farm. The innovation could relate to a wide range of goals such as time-saving, reducing inputs or improving soil health. To read about the winners of the inaugural 2022 Award, click HERE. Any farm in the area – City of Peterborough, Peterborough County, Hiawatha First Nation or Curve Lake First Nation – may receive this Award. Apply for yourself - or nominate other farmer!

A cash prize of $500 will be presented along with a Recognition Certificate in early 2024.
